Please exercise care when handling natural slate products as the edges may be sharp due to the nature of natural slate. I endeavour to make all products as safe as possible however some sharp edges may remain.
Purchasing Products Online
Making a purchase online is quite simple. Just browse our Products and click on any items that you wish to buy. If the item is to be Personalised, then you must complete the attached customisation fields before you will be allowed to proceed. Then follow the staged process of adding them to the shopping cart and proceeding to the checkout. We will confirm receipt of your order by email.
Your privacy is our priority. We are always committed to protecting your privacy. Any information we collect from you is used to create your product and to provide personalisation. It will not be shared with any other party, except for the purposes of processing payment.
If you wish to make a complaint about our products or services, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. Please provide full details of your complaint. We aim to respond to any complaint that you might have within 5 working days.
Accuracy of Content
We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing.
The dimensions of our products are approximate only. We have made every effort to render as accurately as possible the colour and design of the products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your personal computer equipment, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the merchandise on delivery.
We have made all reasonable efforts to ensure each photograph accurately reflects the product being sold. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product’s appearance in the photograph and the item delivered as the majority of products sold are bespoke and so are made to order. This is especially the case in the purchase of natural slate products as no two slates are the same.
Shipping Costs (Postage and Packaging) & Delivery
Postage and packing costs will be added to the value of your order, which you can view prior to purchasing.

We hope that you will be wholly satisfied with your order. However, we will exchange, repair, or refund any item returned within thirty days, which was received by you in a damaged state or containing an error made by me (Kate O’ Keeffe). If the return is the result of an error by me, I will refund the delivery charge otherwise the delivery charge is non-refundable. No refund can be given if information was provided by you incorrectly (e.g. spelling mistake). However, we can replace or repair the item, but this will be at your expense. Please note that if you are returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches me so please ask for proof of postage from your post office or courier service and ensure it is very well packaged.
Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue and are valid for 30 days from that time. Kate O’ Keeffe retains the right to revise our prices at any time to reflect changes in our costs.
Rights to Images of products
Images of pieces produced by Kate remain her property and may be used in advertising. If you wish to keep your commission image private please inform Kate when you are making the order.
Changes to Terms
